Report, report, report...I was in court today. At the very best... after all your time, money and energy are tapped- BEST CASE SCENERIO she is arrested unless she pays then she's off and back to business as usual. You'll have your money but others will continue to suffer.

I have been scamed by Ginger TURK FOR illegal importtation of young puppies from korea,

Criminal charges? Check out her name and the NEWS under google search. You should buy puppies from dog breeders

I'm sorry I may sound a bit unknowledgable because I personally have not purchased a puppy from either poshfairytail or onceuponateapup but here it is anyway. How can it have Parvo or distemper or whatever else you claim it to have when they promise to first take the puppy to a vet prior to it's shipment to your airport? Can you not get the vet papers before you purchase the puppy? You're even allowed to call the vet personally and ask him/her about Ginger's or Jina's teacups. Why would you not call before purchasing your puppy and asking about their reputations? I feel as if many of the people posting these complaints are either A. disappointed in the price or B. one of there other online competitors. If you could respond to this message and send me a picture of your puppy in real life I would greatly appreciate it. I honestly just want to get to the bottom of this. And also, if you could tell me why you did not call the vet before purchasing your puppy that would also be a great help.

I also feel obligated to rave about my experience with Once Upon a Teapup!!! My experience was first class each step of the way.  

 

Let me start by saying that I had been searching for a puppy for several months, when I happened across Ginger and Once Upon a Teapup. Up to that point, the first questions I had gotten were the following:  

how much was I willing to pay? and where should they send the puppy? When I first called Once Upon a Teapup, Ginger answered the phone with a friendly, "Hello." She took the time to address all of my questions and concerns in that first phone call. She was also making sure that I was ready for puppy, not that I could AFFORD one. She helped me through every step of the process. I live in a different 

state so I had to wait a few weeks before I could pick up my puppy. She would happily send me pictures and updates; and, she would give me vivid details on the phone as to how my puppy was doing and what her personality was like. She e-mailed a detailed list of supplies that I would need for the puppy, which I have used. Her husband hand delivered a perfect little puppy to me "that looked just like her picture". She is healthy, happy and  

prettier than I ever imagined. She is already my cherished companion, eventhough I have had her for only a few weeks. I am grateful to Ginger and her business for bringing such joy into my life. I recommend 

this experience to everyone.

The one who comes up quickly on first page is www.ripoffreport.com, www.complaintsboard.com, also you can make a page just in her honor onceuponateapupisbad.com There are plenty of websites to post on. Go to google and type in post complaint and post on the top 10 websites it gives you. www.squeakywheel.com is another that ranks high. This disgusts me and Ginger Turk is a scammer and should be shut down. Also, she is being investigated by Cindy Walden Animal Services. Her email is is her email address. Send all your proof there to her and she will know what to do with it.

NOw she is trying to put other "things" up on the internet so that the Pissed Consumer can not be found on the first page for all of us who got scammed by this broker... the only thing that you can do is click on the pissed consumer complaint daily for everyone that has been scammed by this Conartist, that way if you do that, then it will put the pissed consumer above her blogs and tweets. She is trying to make it so noone can hear our anger,and believe me, there is a lot of us, they seem to be popping up more and more! SHE SCAMMED ME 2! She is great at manipulation and will play mind games very well.

When you get your dog from this broker who imports from Korea, make sure that your vet determines the age of the dog. Jung PUppy Club is being investigated in Korea currently for selling puppies under the age that they claim them to be...so that your puppy looks smaller than it actually is. If you bought a dog that is considered younger than it was there is some help for you...keep all documentation from your veterinarian stating this and send it to USDA, APHIS, ANIMAL CARE 2150 CENTRE AVE. BLDG B MAIL STOP 3W11 FORT COLLINS, CO 80526 You can also fax the documentation to 970-494-7461. They are looking for more and more people to speak up to start investigations. Also, it is illegal for a puppy to be imported into the USA before its 6 months old. If your vet suspects that the puppy was younger than this, get all the documentation and send it to the address above or call 970-494-7471, you can also email You CAN remain annoymous! And also google the Humane Society in Folsom California. They are currently conducting investigations against Ginger Turk and illgal importation of too young puppies into the USA
