I purchased a white pomeranian 2 weeks ago from Ginger, and she is 1000x more beautiful then i ever imag...ined she would be. My vet also thought she was one of the most beautiful pups he has seen in a while. She also is perfect in health. I find these remarks about Once Upon A Teapup to be nonsense and it's sad that the ones posting these are obviously jealous and have nothing better to do.

I purchased my puppy from Ginger and it is the best decision i have made! Very Happy!! Thank you for everything Ginger!!! 128d089

Did she look like her pictures off the website? Seems like the pictures have been photoshopped or something... Poms don't normally have such huge eyes and flat faces.... Could u email me a picture of your Pom?

It seems as though many are focusing on the wrong seller here. I checked out Once Upon A TeaPup and quite honestly Ginger is a sweet lady. However upon doing some research on purchasing a puppy, I found this complaint.

**IMP UPDATE*** at the bottom of the page.

Be sure and read the "links" at the very bottom of this complaint to get the full picture of this scammer. I know my complaint is lengthy, but compared to what you have to lose..... I hope you'll read the entire complaint.

I received an email about Ashley's troll page on one of her web sites. I finally had a chance to read it.

I see I have been upgraded to troll. Trolls live underground. I am not hiding and have freely given out my actual name, phone number, and email. It takes more than one troll to keep track of the "many" deceptions. Ashley flatters me by posting my name on one of her web sites. Does this give me the distinction of being the head troll? The head troll with the screen capture program to backup my complaints and freely shares with others.

I find this amusing since I have never stated anything that I can't back-up with documentation. I have no need to post complaints under others' names. Ashley has her own following of unhappy customers. I unfortunately, am one of those. Ashley is more unfortunate because she can't disprove one statement I've made in my complaint. She knows I have the proof that she sold me a puppy she had already taken a deposit on plus charged me $1400 more. A puppy that died 19 days later after 5 trips to 3 different vet clinics. She was not the same puppy I picked out. The one pound puppy I picked out weighed over 2 pounds. Ashley continued to advertise "my puppy" for sale on Next Day Pets. The same puppy I supposedly had in my possession. This is my definition of FRAUD.

Let's talk about resolutions a little bit. When someone won't take your phone calls or answer your emails, refuses your registered mail, and also disconnects their 800 phone number, I am not sure how you resolve anything. Taking their health guarantee off her web site doesn't help, nor does changing it. Ashley states she provides contracts and vet reports, yet myself and others received neither. Where are they?????? If fair resolutions were made there would be no complaining "trolls" and I wouldn't have the added expense of having a necropsy performed.

I have not been following her latest web sites since they started . I did a search to see if she had improved her business ethics since I had the misfortune of running into her 4 years ago and buying a puppy from her. I did a search for complaints and saw so many more. I just added my own complaint to the others, along with contact information. I signed my actual name. To set the record straight, my first Squeaky Wheel complaint was posted on June 9, 2011. (Ashley there are 12 months in a year not 4.)

As the complaints mounted and the phone calls started coming in I decided it was time someone organized the complaints and make the AG of MS aware that Nicole/Ashley was still conducting her "businesses" in the same way she did 4 years ago.

If trying to bring together people that she has scammed makes me a troll....... I am guilty!

If a troll tries to keep others from having the same heartaches and expense ..... I am guilty!

If trying to put a stop to under aged, often sick, mill puppies being imported to the US makes me a troll........ I plead guilty!

To quote Nicole/Ashley "if we were honestly doing bait and switch we would not be in business or would be have repeat business". ( I think she meant to say...... if we were honestly doing bait and switch, we would not be in business or have repeat business) Ashley, sorry for correcting your grammar. Teachers never give up. I am not correcting your entire Troll article, sorry. You did forget to mention how many web sites you've had in the past 4 years.

If someone were doing a honest business, the rest of us so called "trolls" would have no need to write complaints and send them to the AG of MS or to post complaints. Just think, you wouldn't have the need to change your name, phone numbers, emails, physical addresses, or web sites either..... if you were running a honest business.

Most calls I have received are in regards to sick puppies, wrong puppies, dead puppies, and the micro puppies that weigh twice what they were told and still growing. High prices are NO guarantee this won't happen to you should you purchase from these brokers. I know it's hard not to fall in love with a picture of the puppy of your dreams. I did. I also paid dearly for doing business with the Andersons. I found no comfort in knowing I was one of many scammed by them. I paid to post this complaint

I don't buy into any of this crap posted here.

I looked for a puppy for over a year. I came across Once Upon a Teapups website and fell in love with a beautiful poodle. I called Ginger and she was not pushy, she made me feel very comfortable and she allowed me to come visit the puppies she had at her home.I was very impressed with her and the puppies.

I purchased my poodle from Once Upon a Teapup and would recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy.

CALL GINGER...DON"T BELEIVE THIS CRAP!!!

I am so glad that you had a good experience working with her, because I DIDN'T! I felt completely scammed and my dog was so much LESS than I EXPECTED FROM THE PICS... I could have purchased the dog elsewhere for no more than $500....did not look like the pic at all. Had really small eyes, a very long down muzzle and close together. NOT WHAT THE PICTURE PORTRAYED, to me that is called something else other than honest!
